Among the symbols of Apulian gastronomy, Bari focaccia is a true icon of taste. It is not a simple focaccia, but an explosion of Mediterranean flavors! The secret? Extra virgin olive oil, which gives it an unmistakable aroma and an irresistible texture. The semolina flour gives a crunchy base that goes perfectly with the soft interior. Every bite tells of the tradition and passion of Puglia, turning a simple taste into a journey into the authentic flavors of the south. I am waiting for you to enjoy this unique experience!
We had such a lovely time with Lucia. She was so generous in welcoming us into her home. She was a great teacher. And most of all she was a wonderful cook. She even gave us a plan of things to see in Leece after our visit and when she found out it was my birthday helped to make it even more special. We went home with full bellies, great memories and happy hearts. Thank-you Lucia

Unique and very beautiful experience. Lucia with her passion for cooking and the traditions of Salento, prepared excellent dishes to taste.
It was nice to be able to knead the orecchiette and then eat them.

"You always cook thinking of someone, otherwise you're just preparing food" What I love most is passing down the traditions of my region through culinary art, that is, everything that has been passed down to me by my grandmothers since I was a child. A journey that goes from homemade pasta, to traditional pittule, to the typical sweets of my land.
