A unique but varied proposal sealed by a welcome aperitif and a thrice gluttonous proposal that starts... from the end! We will start with a delicious "crema catalana" and then let it chill in the refrigerator, ready to express all its character at the good time with the final touch: hot caramelized sugar. In the meantime we will devote ourselves to the preparation of various types of gnocchi: yellow, purple, red and green potato gnocchi. You will learn how to make the perfect dough, create the strands, and pass each piece of dough over a gnocchi regagnocchi or fork rebbo.
