All it takes is a long table, a rustic tablecloth, and plenty of friends to create an authentic dish from Tuscan tradition: handmade pici!
I invite you to my home in Florence for a unique cooking experience, where we’ll prepare this typical pasta together, with a seasonal sauce that captures the fresh flavors of Tuscany. I’ll reveal the secrets behind this great Tuscan dish, which I learned directly at the homes of the women who are the guardians of this centuries-old art. After the first course, we’ll move on to preparing tiramisù, a dessert that’s always present on our tables. Everything will be paired with a good glass of local wine. A special opportunity to learn, have fun, and taste true Florentine cuisine in a warm, family-like atmosphere. I look forward to welcoming you!

- My husband and I took a cooking class with Mrs. Cecilia, and it was hands down the highlight of our time in Florence. If you’re considering booking this experience, don’t hesitate; it is an absolute must! From the moment we arrived, Cecilia welcomed us like family. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine passion for cooking made the entire experience unforgettable. She is an incredible teacher. Patient, engaging, and so enthusiastic that her love for Italian cuisine shines through in every step. We learned to make fresh ravioli with a delicious red sauce, authentic tiramisu, and enjoyed a wonderful glass of red wine along the way. Everything we made was absolutely delicious, but what made the experience truly special was Cecilia herself. She created such a relaxed, fun, and authentic atmosphere that it felt less like a class and more like cooking in the home of a dear friend. This wasn’t just a cooking lesson, it was a genuine Italian experience filled with laughter, amazing food, and heartfelt hospitality. Cecilia is the kind of person you never forget, and she made our visit to Florence even more meaningful. We left with new skills, wonderful memories, and full hearts (and stomachs!). - I had a really great cooking class together with Cecilia in her beautiful home in Firenze. We made very delicious pici with sausage and tomato sauce and Cecilia’s own bracioline rifatte. I am looking forward to visit Firenze and Cecilia again in the near future!
- AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Cecilia was so inviting and such a good teacher! Her home was lovely and the view out of her windows was spectacular! This class was the best part of our trip to Florence. We made spinach and ricotta ravioli, fettuccini in a butter and sage sauce and we made tiramisu. We already told our family back home that we can’t wait to come home and cook fresh pasta and tiramisu for them! We HIGHLY recommend Cecilia. 😊
