- We had a beautiful morning with Luisa making pasta and tiramisu. Lovely atmosphere and learning new things. Great morning!
- Luisa was a wonderful host! Easy going, patient and full of interesting stories. And of course an amazing chef. It was a real pleasure to learn to make pasta and Tiramisu in her beautiful home. We definitely recommend booking with her. Thanks again! Wouter and Jamilla
- We had the most wonderful cooking class with the sweetest and kindest madame! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home. She taught us step by step how to make four different types of pasta, sharing all the traditional techniques with so much care and love. It was not only fun but truly educational. And the best part! We got to taste everything we made and the pasta was absolutely delicious! Also, we fell in love with her adorable dog, who made the whole experience even more special. Thank you for such a beautiful, authentic Italian memory, we will never forget it!
- We attended a cooking class on July 28th, 2024. It was a really lovely evening. There wasn’t that much actual teaching — it was more about stories, traditions, and the local area. Personally, I would describe it more as a private dinner in a private home. It definitely had its charm — it was a wonderful evening with delicious food. Thank you from all of us
- Luisa was beyond accommodating and kind. We had the absolute best time. She welcomed us into her home with love and spent time to teach us little techniques of Italian food. We got to make two different types of pasta as well as tiramisu. Her daughter even happened to be in town and was generous enough to spend time with us. My husband and I had the best time and we can't wait to share all the things we have learned with our kids! Highly recommend. Grazie Millie!

Cesarina from 2022Location: Pistoia Languages: Italian and English"I was born in Romagna, but now after more than 35 years in Pistoia my home is Tuscany. In the green, but a few kilometers from the station and the Piazza del Duomo. I have a creative and curious soul and in the kitchen, through the dishes of the Romagna and Tuscan tradition, I express at best my spirit of welcome. I love to make homemade pasta, bake bread, cook the classic desserts of the tradition."
