In this master class, we will cook a traditional Italian lunch together. Roll up your sleeves and get ready to mash some potatoes for our gnocchi or knead and roll out the dough for fresh pasta!
We will then prepare our first course, either egg pasta or potato gnocchi, of your choice. To prepare this dish, I will share with you the recipe that my grandmother passed down to me. Finally, we will end the cooking class with one of the best versions of classic tiramisu you will ever taste!

- Great host!! Yummy pizza!
- Eva was such a wonderful host! She was welcoming and knowledgeable and shared all of her tips and tricks with us. My husband and I attended and were joined by two people from Greece. We made tortellini, tagliatelle, gnocchi and tiramisu and then enjoyed a meal together with local wines and difestifs. I highly recommend this experience, and highly recommend selecting Eva as your host!
