Welcome to my kitchen, where the aroma of baking welcomes all guests! In this menu, you will discover the pleasure of homemade leavened products, prepared with genuine ingredients and lots of love. We will start with fragrant bread, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect to enjoy fresh out of the oven or accompanied by cold cuts and cheeses. We will continue with crispy and fragrant pizzas, topped with fresh tomatoes, stringy mozzarella, and seasonal ingredients, ideal for every palate. There will also be warm and fragrant focaccia, plain or stuffed, enriched with Mediterranean aromas, vegetables, or cold cuts, perfect for sharing. Each preparation tells a story of tradition and transforms simple dough into a taste experience to be shared around a warm and welcoming table.

We had a fantastic experience with the course where we learned how to make homemade Pizza, focaccia, pasta frolla, panini al.latte and we share a really nice day in company of Diana and her husband. Diana not only made us prepare all these delicious dishes (that we afterwards took with is since we were not able to stay over dinner after the course) but also gave us lots of tips and ideas for our future home experience. I really recommend it! Thank you Diana and Alessandro!!

Oggi porto avanti questa passione organizzando pranzi e cene per eventi speciali e da più di 5 anni condivido con entusiasmo la mia esperienza attraverso cooking class private, apprezzate da ospiti provenienti da tutto il mondo. Le mie lezioni possono svolgersi nella mia accogliente casa in aperta campagna, immersa nella bellezza delle colline del Chianti, oppure direttamente presso le strutture in cui soggiornano gli ospiti. Amo creare un’atmosfera autentica e conviviale, in cui ogni partecipante non solo impara a cucinare, ma vive un’esperienza che ricorderà per sempre.
