    Welcome to my home in the hills of Bologna for a unique experience dedicated to pizza! I will guide you on a three-hour journey to discover the secrets of the Italian tradition. We will begin with a welcome drink and then move on to working the pizza dough. You will be able to work a fresh dough to practice and then we will use a ready-made one, left to rise for 24 hours, to ensure the best result. You will be able to dress your pizza to your liking, choosing from classics such as margherita or more original variations, and taste it accompanied by selected local wines. We will finish with homemade fiordilatte gelato and coffee. The experience will take place in a cozy environment with attention to detail, accessible to all. I look forward to welcoming you!

    My daughter and I had the most incredible experience in all of our travels! The cooking class with Roberta was like a fairytale. She welcomed us into her home to teach us how to make pasta, tiramisu, and gelato. She even shared other phenomenal dishes she made like her mortadella mouse and ragu! All the food was SPECTACULAR! Her passion for cooking is second to none. Roberta was very warm and personable and made this experience one that we will never forget!
