    I look forward to taking you on a sensory journey to discover fresh homemade pasta. Together we will learn how to make noodles by hand, discovering the secrets of traditional ingredients and techniques. We will work in a cozy and familiar environment. Between each step, we will taste an excellent local wine, perfect to enhance the culinary experience. Once the noodles and dressing are ready, we will sit at the table to savor the fruit of our labor, toasting to taste and conviviality. It will also be possible to prepare a vegetarian dressing, to satisfy every palate. Being an agronomist, I will share with you curiosities and knowledge about ingredients and raw materials to make the experience even more engaging and authentic.

    We were automatically matched with Simon for our pasta cooking class and it was an amazing time! We made some delicious tagliatelle, ravioli and ate some incredible bread and tiramisu. Simon taught us how to cook these Italian dishes and we showed Simon some of our Dominican music. It was a lovely time! My one suggestion: for sharing the recipes after, prepare a more formal document/pdf more detailed instructions for each dish.
