Let's cook together with an iconic view of Bologna’s rooftops from a penthouse in the city center!
We’ll learn to make two must-try Bolognese dishes: tortelloni and tagliatelle, classics of a dinner among friends in Bologna. You’ll also discover the recipe for Bolognese ragù and its variations.
The event includes an aperitif with a view featuring crostini and local Pignoletto sparkling wine. We’ll prepare the pasta dough and pair it with ragù or butter and gold alla bolognese, or with garden sage.
We’ll finish by making mascarpone and chocolate and enjoy a friendly chat. At Massimo’s house, you’ll often meet chefs and food lovers who share a passion for Bologna and its local products!
