I am passionate about making fresh pasta and would be happy to teach you how to make it. Together we can make different types of pasta, including tortellini, lasagna, rosette and tagliatelle, your choice. It will be an opportunity to literally get your hands in the pasta! My home is cozy, with a beautiful plant-filled veranda where we can relax after our culinary adventure. Retired as a biologist, I love to devote myself to cooking. I am a sunny person who loves laughter and jokes. I am married and have a daughter. I am waiting for you at my home to spend a fun time together.
