Marlene Dietrich, with her sensual and deep voice, left an indelible mark on the history of film, music, fashion, style and the way femininity was conceived. Although her androgynous charm and ease in wearing masculine clothes, she was a strong, seductive, beautiful and talented woman who defied male laws. Famous are her portraits with a cigarette in her hand, which for those years were an expression of female emancipation.
In an environment of absolute intellectual freedom, we pay homage to the strong femininity of this woman through a coocking class pink: pink (bologna) dumplings and her famous "Dietrich omelet."

- My friend and I took a class with Maurizio in Bologna, Italy. He was wonderful!! Patient, informative, personalbe, funny. He helped us with our cooking and our Italian speaking. It was intimate and so enjoyable. I would really give him 10 stars.
- Our cooking class with Maurizio was just wonderful. We loved his beautiful home and really enjoyed learning how to make raviolis, pasta, and tiramisu. We drank prosecco and dined out on his garden terrace that was in full bloom. It was just lovely!
- We spent a lovely 4 hrs cooking with Maurizio. He is a patient teacher, explains well and loves his craft. Cooking is like making love and Maurizio brings out the best. We had a ton of laughs through out the day. We are so glad we booked his class. You won't be disappointed!
- Maurizio and his partner Marco were the definition of hospitable. They welcomed us into their home with amazing made food and kept us laughing the whole time. They also provided a truly unique food tour around Bologna demonstrating their knowledge of the town's history whilst knowing where to go for the best local cuisine. I highly recommend this experience and cannot wait to see them again one day.
