I still remember Sunday mornings as a child, in the kitchen with my grandmother as she prepared lunch for the whole family, the scent of the ragù, and making tagliatelle with her while my grandfather made dessert. My cooking reflects a journey through Emilia Romagna, Sicily, and the Marche, regions that have been significant throughout my life.
