    I will welcome you to my elegant ground-floor flat, complete with a relaxing garden, for an authentic Bolognese experience. We’ll start with a small welcome aperitif to get us straight into a convivial atmosphere.

    Together we’ll prepare both the ricotta-filled pappardelle from scratch, rolling out the pasta by hand, and the traditional Bolognese ravioli with plum jam.

    After cooking, we’ll enjoy everything together: the pappardelle with a fragrant fresh tomato sauce, accompanied by local wine, and the ravioli as a dessert. We’ll finish with a good coffee.

    An intimate, elegant and authentic experience at the heart of tradition.
