    Sundays at my house were a special occasion, and today I'm excited to share with you the dishes my mother lovingly prepared. Together, we will create three unforgettable recipes: Tuscan crostini with chicken liver, a starter rich in authentic flavors; gnudi, a delicious Tuscan pasta dish; and finally, zuppa inglese, my family's favorite dessert inspired by Artusi's recipe, similar to tiramisù but with an irresistible custard cream instead of mascarpone. We’ll enjoy these delights together in my garden, perhaps at sunset, while my dogs, including the sweet Tosca, keep us company. I can’t wait to share this culinary journey with you and let you taste the true flavors of Tuscany!

    The cooking class was a blast. Sara and her son were so nice and welcoming it really felt like we were friends hanging out in their home. We learned a lot, ate the amazing food we made, and had a spectacular view of the Tuscan hills.

    I love rediscovering my mother's recipes and preparing traditional Tuscan first courses. I have my own sourdough starter and make bread, pizza, focaccia, rolls, flatbreads, and breadsticks, all at home using various types of flour. I also make vegan dishes, but the traditional ones that you wouldn't expect to be vegan. My cooking is rustic and simple, with an eye on sustainability. Additionally, I make pantry cakes and traditional sweet leavened baked goods.
