It will be an exciting journey to discover the flavors that make Christmas unique for my family, with a delicious three-course menu:
For appetizer, we will have salmon stuffed candy and Sicilian style salad. For first, homemade tortellini, a traditional stuffed pasta to be enjoyed in broth or with cream And finally dessert, mascarpone cream to spread on a delicious slice of Pandoro

- Marina was so personal. It was just a pleasure. She taught us how to make all different shaped pasta noodles and delicious tiramisu!! We had wine apps 2 different pasta dishes and finished with the tiramisu. One of our most fun tours that we booked!!
- Marina was a fantastic host and teacher for our cooking class. We learnt a lot from her. She is a very outspoken person explaining about Italy, differences between north and south, the culture, the ingrediens etc. We had an excellent experience and would strongly recommend Marina for your cooking class.

I love making fresh pasta or egg pasta in all its formats and cooking it with simple sauces, seasonal ingredients and Italian and Mediterranean flavours. I have a lot of dexterity and also a lot of patience, so I enjoy experimenting with original ravioli closures or colored pasta, indulging all my imagination. I enjoy making savory pies, delicious aperitifs and creating recipes with what's in the fridge
