Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina
Shared Experience
Your experience
- Egg pasta – Ravioli – Plain pasta
We welcome you to a cosy flat in the city centre, near the Vatican.
By sharing this experience, you’ll step into the magical world of traditional pasta: the ingredients, shapes, preparation techniques and places of origin that make each type unique.
Guided by an expert in the field, you’ll knead the dough with your own hands and make three types of pasta of your choice from the following: tonnarelli, ravioli, gnocchi, pici, orecchiette or fettuccine (please let us know your preferences in advance).
Once you’ve finished making the pasta, we’ll taste your creations alongside a good glass of wine whilst enjoying a stunning view of one of the world’s most famous domes.
