Get ready for a hands-on and eye-opening experience: you’ll learn to prepare the great classics of Italian tradition, in particular tortellini and ravioli with the classic meat filling, from making the dough right through to the final presentation, discovering how to balance the flour and eggs. The presentation will go beyond the classic recipe; in fact, the tortellini will take centre stage as a starter, as we’ll fry them to discover a different way of enjoying them, whilst the ravioli will be served with a classic cacio e pepe sauce from the Roman culinary tradition. This experience will allow you to replicate it at home and impress your friends.

We look forward to sharing this experience with you in a convivial atmosphere, all accompanied by classic tiramisu, prepared by you, and local wine.
