Are you ready to embark on a culinary journey through Roman tradition? We’ll be focusing on tonnarelli and fettuccine. You’ll get your hands dirty making tonnarelli using the classic tool known as a ‘chitarra’, and you’ll ‘pull’ the classic fettuccine. I’ll teach you the technique, the method, how to balance the different flours, and how to get the best out of the dough for each individual dish. All this will be accompanied by a brief explanation of the differences between the various types of pasta found in different Italian regions.
After a classic starter, we’ll taste the dishes you’ve made. All this takes place in a wonderful, friendly and convivial atmosphere, where a delicious tiramisu – also made by you – will round off our culinary experience. I almost forgot: a good glass of wine will be on offer too. We look forward to welcoming you.
