: We had an incredible experience at the pasta and dessert class! From start to finish, it was both fun and informative. We learned to make two types of fresh pasta from scratch, and Aurora and Carlota walked us through every step, explaining techniques and tips along the way. The hands-on experience made it easy to understand the process and learn new things! We made two delicious pastas with herbs from her garden, laughed a lot and shared apertivos and wine! Being able to enjoy the fruits of our labor at the end—everything tasted amazing! As if that wasn’t enough, we also made classic tiramisu for dessert. Aurora put us at ease helping us understand how easy this dish could be to assemble! The atmosphere was warm, welcoming and fun, and we left knowing we will bring her family and their recipes into our home. We highly recommend this class to anyone looking to elevate their cooking skills, enjoy a fantastic meal and meet a wonderful group of humans!

: Aurora and her friend who helped to translate welcomed us into her home and was the most amazing chef and teacher. She was warm , fun and patient. Despite me feeling an unwell when I arrived she helped my friend and I to have the best time. The food choices were great , the teaching thorough and patient and her home was beautiful. Cannot recommend this experience enough ! The homemade pesto with our gnocchi delicious ! hummus and the tomato sauce with the tagliatelle great! So much laughter and fun. Thank you !
