I’m a professional journalist specializing in the agri-food sector, and I live in Rome—a city I love as deeply as I love good food. My passion for the wonderful products of Italian culinary tradition has always been with me and, years ago, led me to create a blog initially inspired by Sicilian cuisine, which I hold close to my heart.
