Hi from Valentino!

I grew up cooking, following ancient recipes from my grandmother, dishes from the Amalfi Coast, our heavenly land. Cooking is not just my job, but also my greatest passion. I love preparing fresh food, using everything that comes from my garden. In fact, I enjoy cooking: all kinds of fresh pasta, top-quality meats, vegetables, and typical desserts from the Coast and beyond.
