Farmers markets are authentic places where to buy and taste ingredients coming from the farmhouses that surround Milan.You will learn what "fresh" really means! You will also have the chance to talk to farmers who directly sell their products. Soon after we will move to my little charming flat where we will taste products, cook together and have lunch or dinner with our colored and tasty shopping!

Take a seat at the Glutton's Table: a long table featuring a large central platter of cured meats, cheeses, sauces, mustards, homemade focaccia, and unlimited red wine. Before indulging, you'll don the 'Glutton's Bib,' which you'll keep as a memento. After enjoying the appetizer, I'll serve the first course: tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms from Val Taro, a region in Parma renowned for its mushrooms. Lastly, indulge in a selection of homemade biscuits and Recioto, a typical sweet Veneto wine ideal for pairing with dessert.
