Nel ripieno, troverete l'erbette selvatiche delle valli genovesi, insieme alla morbidezza della ricotta e alla ricchezza del parmigiano, accompagnato con la tradizionale salsa di noci, preparata secondo l'antica ricetta. Proseguiamo con i Corzetti, una tipica pasta fresca della Valpolcevera genovese, che degusterete con il leggendario Pesto, realizzato secondo la ricetta Dop. Per concludere questa esperienza culinaria, il Tiramisù, un dolce sempre gradito, proposto anche in varianti con frutta fresca. Vi aspetto nella mia casa nel cuore della Genova antica.

- We had a wonderful morning with Tiziana and Roberto. Tiziana is a wonderful cook and teacher, Roberto translated into English for us and both were warm and friendly hosts. We loved making the pastas and tiramisu and under Tiziana’s tutorage it tasted great! While we ate, we enjoyed Roberto’s information about Genoa. We would highly recommend this experience.

We learned to make pasta and tiramisu, and the instructions were easy to follow and the food was delicious. They sent us the photos they took, so we didn't have to worry about taking pictures and could immerse ourselves into the experience. We also received a copy of the recipes so that we can create them again and again at home. I highly recommend Tiziana and encourage others to book this experience as well.
