    Scopriamo insieme l'arte di preparare le tradizionali orecchiette pugliesi, un piatto simbolo della cucina del Sud Italia, che andremo a condire con le saporite cime di rapa o con i broccoli, a seconda delle preferenze stagionali. Mentre le nostre orecchiette si asciugano, ci dedicheremo alla preparazione di deliziosi biscotti morbidi al limone, dal profumo fresco e invitante, per aggiungere un tocco dolce alla nostra esperienza culinaria. Al termine di questo viaggio tra i sapori autentici della Puglia, concluderemo l’esperienza con una degustazione dei piatti preparati, dove ogni assaggio racconterà la storia della tradizione. Non mancherà un antipasto di friselle con pomodorini freschi, un piatto semplice ma ricco di gusto, il tutto accompagnato da un calice di Primitivo di Manduria.

    My husband and I had a wonderful afternoon in Bologna with Debby and Rosa. They were warm, kind, and incredibly hospitable. We felt right at home as we learned to make fresh pasta from scratch. The workshop was hands-on and informative. We learned traditional techniques. It was fun, delicious, and filled with love. The kitchen was filled with warmth, both from the food and from Debby and Rosa’s beautiful energy. A truly special experience we’ll always cherish!

    Deborah and Janette were wonderful hosts, the class felt less like a class and more like cooking a meal with long time friends. My wife and I took the class on our honeymoon and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, acclimated my wife's lactose intolerance, and even had glasses with hearts in them. We cooked Gnocchi with Deborah's guidance and chatted and cut up for the better part of 4 hours. We talked about life, the world, work, travel and all sorts. The food and wine were phenomenal but the hospitality made our night. Thank you very much for a wonderful night, we hope to visit again sometime.

    Deb and Janette were great! My wife and I had such a fun night and really enjoyed sitting and chatting with Deb & Jannette as much as we enjoyed learning how to make traditional Italian food. 10/10 would highly recommend.

    My husband and I attended a cooking class with Deborah and Janette in June 2025. We both had such a wonderful time learning to make pasta and tiramisu. Deborah & Janette were warm and welcoming throughout the whole process and offered so much local knowledge. I highly recommend this class to anyone - it was definitely a highlight of our trip!
