During this culinary adventure, we will have the opportunity to taste local delicacies together. Alongside our orecchiette, let's indulge in homemade focaccia and bread, tarallini, vegetables, cheeses and cured meats carefully chosen to ensure maximum flavor. My name is Francesca, I am a mother of three girls to whom I lovingly dedicate everything I prepare in the kitchen. My passion for fresh pasta has roots from childhood, when I was enchanted to watch my grandmothers create orecchiette pasta with extraordinary skill.

- Francesca and her daughters hosted my wife and me for a wonderful 4-5 hour market visit and cooking session. They welcomed us in their beautiful home and it was lovely learning more about the local Italian culture while making delicious orecchiete, focaccia and pasticciotto.
