I have always loved cooking, especially for large groups of people. In summer, I like to make tomato sauce, jams, flavored oils and salts. For my recipes, I make it a priority to use local and organic products. In this cooking class, I will teach you how to make various types of fresh pasta in different shapes and how to cook them with seasonal sauces, including bigoli, tagliatelle, noodles, fusilli and more. Each type of pasta has a unique flavor, and the shape of the pasta combines differently with the sauces we use. While cooking, we can also enjoy the beautiful garden, which is especially pleasant during the warm season.

My husband and I had an incredible experience with Monica and her husband. The house was lovely, as we made food on the back patio. We started by making the dough and then while the dough raised, we had some appetizers that were local to their area. We had incredible conversation, although somewhat challenging with the language, but we all did incredibly well. We then made the pasta and the sauces for the noodles. It was an incredible night! And one that I would recommend to anyone.
