Our dinner experience was amazing. The food was great, but better was the authentic experience of Rome residential living and cooking. Highly recommend.

We spent three weeks traveling all through Italy, Turkey and Greece with multi generational family group ages 14 to 77. Hands down everyone's favorite experience was the evening we spent with Cristina make the most delicious pasta in her home. Cristina is a great teacher. We cooked in her lovely home and ate out in her garden surrounded by 150 year old olive trees that she uses for her own olive oil. The whole evening was just magical.

My grandma and I had the absolute pleasure of taking a cooking class with Cristina, where she taught us how to make homemade pasta, including fettuccine and gnocchi, as well as an equally delicious tiramisu. Cristina was so lovely and accommodating; even letting us stay a bit longer while we waited for our taxi, which made the experience feel even more personal and welcoming. What stood out most was her deep passion and love for cooking —it wasn’t just informative, it was genuinely inspiring and uplifting to witness. We truly appreciate everything she shared with us, and we will be recommending this class to absolutely everyone we know!

Rome is full of culinary experiences but don't miss this unique opportunity to create your own in a cooking class with Cristina. My husband, son (who is studying in Rome) and I were charmed during the 3 hour experience with Cristina's hospitality. Cristina expertly guided us through a hands-on creation of three different pastas while sharing her knowledge of traditional Roman cuisine. Our time included delightful appetizers and then a meal where we dined on the pasta we created. It was a heartwarming family experience and truly one of the highlights of the trip. Pasta making may be our new family activity thanks to Cristina! Don't miss!

Cristina’s cooking class was my family and I’s favorite experience during our time in Rome. Inside of her beautiful home, Cristina and her boyfriend helped guide us through each step of the pasta making process in a fun and authentic way. Then it was followed up by, without a doubt, the four most DELICIOUS pasta dishes my family had during the entire trip. We visited Michelin star restaurants, Osterie recommendations, and plenty of other highly rated restaurants, but Cristina’s homemade Cacio e Pepe, Gricia, Carbonara, and Amatriciana were the most delicious, flavorful pasta’s we had the pleasure of trying during our stay. Every visit to Rome should include a trip to any her cooking classes! Would recommend a million times. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!

Cristina welcomes her guests in a villa surrounded by greenery with large outdoor spaces and large windows, where you can admire the garden and the centuries-old olive trees. A little corner of paradise not far from the center of the Eternal City. "Since my tender age I have always looked with admiration the love with which my grandmother, of Apulian origins, worked for hours in the kitchen. I still remember her hands and her aprons, often soiled with flour and the aroma of 'good things and genuine' that spread throughout the house and enveloped me in a pleasant feeling of well-being."
