Wednesday? Evening get-together! I'll be waiting for you at my house for an evening with a difference: an experience dedicated to good food and sharing!
Recipe calendar (starting at 7:30 p.m.) :
- - 1/14: mixed bruschetta
- - 2/25: carbonara -3/11: mixed bruschetta
Together we will prepare a traditional recipe, perfect for an evening with friends, and you will learn how to make it and its secrets. After the class, we will taste the dish we have prepared and toast with a good wine.
The experience will be confirmed once 4 participants have signed up. Please let us know if you have any allergies or intolerances when booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but in the case of severe allergies, we cannot guarantee the absence of contamination.

All fresh and organic ingredients, combined with care: the result was simply delicious. Their professionalism and, above all, their humanity are striking: they are kind-hearted people, capable of engaging the audience with competence, friendliness, and passion. The feedback was enthusiastic not only for the dishes, but for the entire performance. Highly recommended.
- This was an amazing your hosted by the best people we met on our journey through europe. They showed as all the treasures of food Rome had to offer. Marco had print outs off all the food we tried so we could read later and understand the origins. The food was incredible had a meat platter to try all the different produce from the area, so filling. Then had dessert from a wonderful team that just kept feeding us which was fantastic. I recommend Marco highly is was so much fun.

The food was absolutely delicious, the wine flowed generously, and the conversation and connection made the evening unforgettable.
