    Together we will prepare a selection of 5 appetizers with a good glass of Prosecco , much loved by many, for a relaxing and fun time to share with friends. We will finish with a small glass of Vermouth born right in Turin in 1786 by Benedetto Carpano. The preparations will be original and we will use seasonal products, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.

    I look forward to seeing you at my home in Turin, easily accessible from the city center.

    Eugenia & Mauro were phenomenal hosts. It was a pleasure learning firsthand how to make pasta and enjoy Piedmont cuisine in their home. This was the best pasta we’ve ever had and the overall experience was incredible.

    I am typically not a person who writes reviews, but my experience at this cooking class was so exceptional, that it really warranted me giving the 5 stars and writing this review. I really didn’t want to leave. One of the best evenings I’ve had in any trip. Don’t even think twice - just go ahead and book. Take my word, you’re in for an absolutely lovely experience, with a wonderful couple. Amazing food. Amazing hospitality. Exceptional experience. Can’t find the words to thank Jenni and Mauro enough.

    We had a lovely evening in the company of Eugenia and Mauro, learning how to make three different types of pasta. They were welcoming hosts and patient teachers, and we cooked in their beautiful apartment. We savoured an aperitivo before getting stuck into the business of making the pasta, which we then got to enjoy as a meal with wine and some delicious home-made limoncello. This was a fantastic experience and one are not likely to forget. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Turin. Grazie Eugenia e Mauro!

    "The passion for cooking has always intrigued and overwhelmed me. For years it has been a gesture of love towards my three children and my large family of origin and now I put the same dedication at the disposal of those who come for pleasure, for work, but also for those who live in the beautiful city of Turin and want to taste the flavors of traditional Piedmontese cuisine. My house is located in the hills near the "Villa della Regina" and is easily accessible by public transport from the city center; here my husband and I also have a small garden where we can welcome our guests in good weather, for a welcome drink. I have a great passion for organic flours which I use regularly to make bread, pasta and above all sweets, my great predilection ".
