Welcome to our home on the picturesque Amalfi Coast, where history and beauty come together, creating one of Italy's most delicious culinary traditions. Join us for an unforgettable culinary experience. During our cooking class, we will begin with a welcome appetizer, prepared with fresh produce from our garden, artisanal cheeses and homemade bread. The main part of the class will be dedicated to the preparation of fresh pasta. We will guide you in creating a filled pasta (ravioli, tortelloni or candy), varying according to the season, and we will also make a long pasta, such as mafalde. To end on a sweet note, you will learn how to make the original delicious tiramisu recipe. We look forward to having you in our family!

: Rocco and Carla made the cooking class experience truly amazing for my family. We laughed a lot with them and overall had just a great time- we prepared an appetizer, pastas, and a dessert and a lot of wine was served to us throughout this experience. After we prepared our dishes, we got to enjoy them and they were delicious!!! I would recommend Rocco and Carla to anyone looking for an intimate and fun cooking class in Praiano!

: This was the best food in Italy. Rocco and Carla were some of the nicest people I ever met. The food was amazing as well. The appetizers were amazing. The fresh pasta was the best pasta I ever had. The desert was great and very unique. Rocco and Clara had awesome stories and were so easy to talk to. They are amazing teachers and we learned a lot. I will definitely try to make these recipes again at home. The atmosphere outside on the patio was amazing and very pretty. I have no complaints, and it was worth every single cent.

Here we are welcomed by Carla and Rocco who since childhood, have experienced the world of cooking first-hand, through studying traditions and spending evenings sitting around the dinner table. For them, cooking is not just passion, it’s a lifestyle. Their experiences in the restaurant world, have given life to their project: to combine gastronomic passion, traditions and genuine food cooked with the produce that they have grown or even fished themselves.
