Shared Experience
Your experience

A warm welcome to my home in the hills of Bologna, an oasis of tranquility where I will guide you through a unique experience dedicated to the typical Bolognese aperitivo.

During these 3 hours together, we will prepare traditional Bolognese tigelle, piadina romagnola and pesto modenese and then enjoy them together with cheeses, such as Parmigiano Reggiano and squacquerone, cold cuts such as mortadella, sauces and jams. We will taste everything accompanied by carefully chosen local wines. We will also prepare tiramisu, which we will enjoy at the end of the meal along with a good coffee.

I am waiting for you to share tradition and conviviality in a cozy atmosphere!

We had an amazing experience with Roberta and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and delicious culinary experience. Roberta is a very gracious hostess, making us feel so welcome in her beautiful home and in her FABULOUS kitchen. She provided gluten free bread for one of us and the most delicious local wines tailored to our tastes, a true kindness we will not forget. A visit with Roberta is the best way to immerse yourself in bolognese cooking, which is rightfully acknowledged as the best in Italy. Grazie, Robi!

We had the most incredible experience with Roberta, and it’s one we will cherish forever. From the moment we stepped into her warm and welcoming kitchen, we felt like home. Roberta guided us patiently as we learned to make traditional Italian dishes like tortelloni, ravioli, tagliatelle, and the classic tiramisu, everything from scratch. Her passion for cooking and her love for her culinary traditions shone through in every step of the process. Her expertise and attention to detail, combined with her warmth and generosity, made the experience truly unforgettable. Not only did we master techniques and recipes, the dishes we had were to die for, but we also gained insight into the heart of Italian culture. We can’t thank Roberta enough for opening her home to us and sharing her invaluable cooking tips and traditions. It was so much more than a cooking class—it was a heartfelt connection to the traditions and flavors of Italy. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an authentic, hands-on culinary adventure!

I love my kitchen both as a space and as a working environment. I enjoy getting my hands in the dough to make pasta, including thin sheets and shortcrust pastry. Being Tuscan, my cuisine is a blend of Tuscan and Emiliana traditions. From the typical lasagna and tagliatelle to the classic Tuscan pappa al pomodoro, my kitchen represents a fusion of these regional influences. The journey through traditional flavors continues with favorites like tiramisu and the iconic Prato biscuits, perfect for dipping into Vin Santo. My kitchen reflects my passion for tradition and the joy of sharing these gastronomic pleasures with others.
