Small Group hands-on cooking class with 2 pasta recipes and tiramisù followed by an Italian aperitivo and lunch or dinner with the dishes prepared during the class
- Carbonara fresh pasta
- Stuffed ravioli with amatriciana sauce
- Tiramisù with coffee
This cooking class set in Rome is perfect for small groups of people.
We will start with the creation of the tiramisù, typical dessert, which will need to rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour. In the meantime, we will continue by preparing two types of fresh handmade pasta, together with their sauces: namely carbonara and matriciana. We will end the experience eating everything we have prepared: you can't say you've been to Rome if you don't try these dishes!
Reviews
- It was the funnest experience we had in Rome. And my son says that the carbonara we made was the best meal we had in Rome! To give context, I tried to give him my carbonara from a restaurant the night before and he didn't like it. So I was so happy to watch him clean his plate at Marco's! He was so kind and helpful with my son, and I learned to make pasta from scratch. He was delightful.
- I had a very nice and cozy evening with Marco. Marco was a fine host and a pleasant person. When I can only give three stars it is because I expected more based on the description.
- We had a very special evening with Marco. He was the best host we could have been hoping for. It was a funny, delicious and authentic evening. Would highly recommend it to everyone else.
