We will prepare together, in my house in the hills, two great classics of Italian cuisine: handmade gnocchi and a summer tiramisu. Weather permitting, we will be able to work outside, in the garden or on the porch, and then enjoy dinner wherever we prefer. The gnocchi will be freshly kneaded and served with a traditional meat sauce or a simple tomato and basil sauce. Alternatively, we can have fun making colorful gnocchi with spinach or broccoli. We will conclude by learning how to make a fresh, fruity tiramisu with strawberries or peaches in season.

They opened their home to us like we were long lost friends and it truly made us feel like we were home. Their flat was beautiful, clean, and cozy. They treated our children with patience and empathy and gave them a valuable cultural, experience they will remember forever. Just wish we could do it again!
