Welcome to our family, where you will discover secrets about the traditions of Italian and local cuisine. We will start with an appetizer prepared with the best seasonal ingredients from our garden, to guarantee you the freshest and most authentic flavors. Next, you will have a choice between preparing Ndunderi or Scialatielli, both types of pasta born on the Amalfi Coast. You will be guided step by step to create these delicious and traditional dishes.
Finally, we will end on a sweet note with the preparation of Zuppa Inglese, Mom Annamaria's recipe, a dessert loved by all of us in the family.

- Rocco and Carla made the cooking class experience truly amazing for my family. We laughed a lot with them and overall had just a great time- we prepared an appetizer, pastas, and a dessert and a lot of wine was served to us throughout this experience. - This was the best food in Italy. Rocco and Carla were some of the nicest people I ever met. The food was amazing as well. The appetizers were amazing. The fresh pasta was the best pasta I ever had. The desert was great and very unique. Rocco and Clara had awesome stories and were so easy to talk to. They are amazing teachers and we learned a lot. I will definitely try to make these recipes again at home. The atmosphere outside on the patio was amazing and very pretty. I have no complaints, and it was worth every single cent.

Here we are welcomed by Carla and Rocco who since childhood, have experienced the world of cooking first-hand, through studying traditions and spending evenings sitting around the dinner table. For them, cooking is not just passion, it’s a lifestyle. Their experiences in the restaurant world, have given life to their project: to combine gastronomic passion, traditions and genuine food cooked with the produce that they have grown or even fished themselves.
