I will welcome you into my home, located in one of the oldest nurseries in Pistoia. In my kitchen, I will teach you how to make egg pasta according to my family's tradition. You can try kneading and rolling out the dough with a rolling pin or with a small Imperia manual machine.
You can choose between classic shapes such as tagliatelle or farfalline, or make garganelli (a type of macaroni from the Romagna tradition) or inganna-prit (a kind of fake cappelletti). We will taste the freshly made pasta with a mascarpone and Tuscan sausage sauce. The lesson will be accompanied by a good local Tuscan red wine, printed recipes, and lots of tips and anecdotes.

- It was so joyful, we loved every minutes.
- We had a lit of fun coocking with Louisa. She makes everybody feel at ease and lets everybody have their own style when making pasta. We left with a wish to make more and with great recipes and a lot of good stories about the region and Italy as a whole.

Luisa is an incredibly friendly and hospitable woman who speaks with great passion about Italian cuisine and her family. Throughout the session, she shared fun stories and facts from the past, which made the workshop extra special. Everything was prepared to perfection, allowing us to make delicious fresh pasta ourselves in a relaxed atmosphere. It was not only educational but, above all, incredibly cozy. We had a wonderful evening and wholeheartedly recommend this cooking workshop to anyone in the area. A unique and atmospheric experience that truly completes your holiday!
- We had a wonderful afternoon at Luisa's cooking class. So do not hesitate to book. Luisa is a warm and welcoming host who taught us a lot about making pasta. It felt special to be in her home and meet her lovely dog Summer. In total, we made three different types of pasta. We will certainly try to recreate this at home. Luisa's instructions were clear, and she also provided us with information to review later. Thank you, Luisa, for a fun afternoon that ended with a delicious pasta meal.
