The cookery course will take place in our country villa, surrounded by greenery. We will cook in a setting with authentic charm: our kitchen, once a cowshed, is now a cosy space where we pass on Tuscan traditions. Together we will prepare three types of fresh pasta: tagliatelle, Lucca-style ravioli and gnocchi, following traditional recipes. To finish on a sweet note, we will make the king of desserts: tiramisu, revisited in a special seasonal version.
All this will be accompanied by our own wine, the fruit of our family’s passion. An authentic experience to immerse yourself in the flavours of Tuscany!

- We absolutely loved this class! The food was fantastic, we learned a lot, and the whole experience felt incredibly genuine. Instead of feeling like a typical tourist activity, it felt like spending an afternoon cooking with friends. The atmosphere was warm, relaxed and fun, and we came home with plenty of tips we’ll actually use. I’d recommend this class to anyone looking for a truly authentic experience!
