Guests will be able to cook, from start to finish, another dish from the rich Bolognese tradition: ricotta cannelloni. We will start with the dough. The pasta will then be rolled out with a rolling pin. We will make the filling together and, finally, we will assemble the cannelloni, which will be baked in the oven. It will be an explosion of aromas.
I will treat my guests to a delicious dessert: chocolate salami. I will take into account any food intolerances when preparing traditional local dishes. Everything will be accompanied by local wines.

She was very patient in helping us learn and refine the techniques that we will be able to take home and use for trying to make it on our own. - Wow. We weren’t entirely sure what to expect, but our time with Paola was exceptional - it absolutely exceeded any ideas we had. The setting, her home, was intimate and welcoming, much the same as her lovely personality. She is intelligent and patient. My husband does little to no cooking and was nervous about this experience. He felt welcomed and confident. Our meal was delicious. We absolutely hope to cross paths with her again.
