Cooking class: learn how to cook Italian recipes and taste the dishes prepared during the class
- Shredded egg in broth
- Fettuccine (homemade pasta) with ragù
- Tiramisù with coffee
The three-hour course includes the making of these three typical Roman Sunday dishes.
We begin with the preparation of Tiramisu that needs to rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour. We will continue with the preparation of the ragout that will cook slowly while we prepare handmade fettuccine. Last we will prepare the "stracciatella," a broth in which we are going to dip a beaten egg flavored with spices and parmesan cheese. And finally, if we have been good, we will taste our labors!
Reviews
- I had a very nice and cozy evening with Marco. Marco was a fine host and a pleasant person. When I can only give three stars it is because I expected more based on the description.
- We had a very special evening with Marco. He was the best host we could have been hoping for. It was a funny, delicious and authentic evening. Would highly recommend it to everyone else.

Today I have transformed my passion into a job, which allows me to meet people from all over the world to whom we can pass on our gastronomic tradition."
