Your experience
We will prepare together various types of gnocchi with different toppings.
Gnocchi with pesto, with 4 cheeses and with meat sauce. In addition, I will show you how to prepare gnocchi with "wine," a real delicacy! At the end of preparation, we will taste together what we have prepared accompanied with excellent wine from the area. We will conclude, with a delicious dessert that we will prepare together.

- We spent a delightful afternoon with Giuliana and her colleague Patrizia. First a stroll to a fabulous covered market for cheese & bread, which we snacked on at her sun-filled apartment. Then to the Kitchen to make Tiramisu & fresh pasta in a hands on experience, all while sipping Prosecco. Our projects became 2 of the 4 courses served for our meal along with 2 different wines. The atmosphere was that of spending a lovely afternoon with our Milanese friends.
- We had a wonderful time with Giuliana in her lovely home! She was warm, friendly and gracious, answering all our questions about Italian cuisine and helping us create a delusions meal together.
