Welcome to my home in the hills of Bologna for a unique experience dedicated to potato gnocchi!
First we will prepare tiramisu, the quintessential Italian dessert, which will rest while we enjoy a welcome drink. Next, I will guide you step by step through the gnocchi making process, from the dough to the strands, to creating the perfect gnocchi. We will dress them with tomato or butter and sage and enjoy them together, accompanied by selected local wines.
We will end with our tiramisu and a good coffee. I will welcome you in an environment with attention to detail to share tradition, taste and conviviality!

- This was such a fun class! Roberta was a wonderful teacher and very nice to be around. I felt like I was cooking with a friend. She was so helpful and made my husband and I both feel extremely comfortable in her beautiful home. She sent me a pdf of the recipes and took photos and shared them with me.
