I am a young chef from Calabria who emigrated to Emilia Romagna. A great all-around food lover, I am here to propose the experience that tells of our love for others, a cooking class on homemade pizza and more.

My apartment is modest but located right behind Piazza Maggiore and offers an exclusive view of Bologna's rooftops and the Two Towers. The evening will begin with the class and then culminate with a table tasting of 3 24h rising pizzas.
