    A unique setting and a warm, convivial atmosphere—ingredients that will inspire you in preparing recipes that have been passed down in my family for generations. We will start with a delicious tiramisu, letting it chill in the fridge so it’s ready to reveal its full character at just the right moment. Meanwhile, we will focus on the queen of every menu: homemade pasta. We will explore the essential ingredients—eggs, flour, and all the key elements that bring the dough to life. While the first dough rests, we will move on to the second: green pasta made with spinach. We’ll take our time, allowing both doughs to rest, before rolling them out—both yellow and green—using a rolling pin to create perfect tagliatelle, the dish we will enjoy together.

While my work took me around the world, it felt natural to cook pasta and Italian recipes wherever I was. My recipes became a universal language through which my guests could share and, in turn, recreate a world of heartfelt and gratifying emotions. Today, I am proud to be a true Cesarina, ready to welcome and share simple and unique experiences here in the Bolognese hills, celebrating the tradition of our cuisine. What I offer: traditional dishes from Bologna and Piacenza, carefully selected and locally sourced ingredients, and the secrets of grandmothers, aunts, and friends—secrets no technology can reveal or replicate.
