I invite you to experience something unique in the hills of Bologna, near Palazzo di Varignana, where I will guide you in preparing traditional dishes passed down through my family. We will begin together with a delicious tiramisù, which we will let cool in the fridge, before moving on to making homemade pasta. I’ll teach you all the secrets, starting with eggs and flour, to create the perfect dough. In the meantime, we’ll also prepare spinach pasta. At a relaxed pace, we’ll roll out the dough with a rolling pin to make fresh tagliatelle, which we’ll all enjoy together. I can’t wait to share this culinary experience with you, full of tradition, conviviality, and passion!
