We are Marta, from Abruzzo, and Andrea, from Calabria, a young couple who have made Emilia-Romagna our home. As passionate food lovers, we want to share with you our passion and expertise. Andrea, an experienced chef, and Marta, a lover of traditional cooking, will guide you through a unique experience focused on handmade fresh pasta. In our cozy apartment, located just behind Piazza Maggiore, you'll enjoy an incredible view of the rooftops of Bologna and the Two Towers. The class will begin with a hands-on lesson, followed by a tasting of your creations. An authentic experience to discover the flavors of Emilia-Romagna's tradition.
