We will start with a gorgonzola, pear and walnut pizza: a harmonious mix of intense flavor and sweetness. Next, focaccia with escarole and walnuts, where freshness and crunchiness come together. We will finish with a velvety panna cotta and raspberry coulis, for a mouthwatering finale. I am waiting for you to knead, savor and experience the magic of cooking together.

Un’esperienza davvero straordinaria. Jenni e Mauro sono due persone meravigliose, autentiche, accoglienti e con un cuore immenso. Jenni non ci ha semplicemente insegnato a preparare la pasta fatta in casa, la panna cotta e un delizioso bagnetto per l’antipasto, ma ci ha trasmesso il suo vero Amore per la cucina, la passione e la gioia che si nascondono dietro ogni gesto e ogni sapore. Sedersi a tavola con loro, chiacchierare e condividere momenti delle nostre vite è stato come ritrovare vecchi amici: naturale, sincero e profondamente umano. Questa esperienza non è stata solo una lezione di cucina, ma un incontro di anime e di sorrisi. Siamo immensamente grati di averli conosciuti e di aver vissuto qualcosa che porteremo sempre nel cuore. Infinitamente GRAZIE!

The cooking class with Eugenia and Mauro was one of the highlights of our trip to Turin. The hosts are very welcoming and make you feel at home. The cooking was fantastic, the stuffing of the angelottis the best we ever tasted. Our teenager loved the experience as much as we did and we all enjoyed the company of Eugenia and Mauro a lot. Thank you for an incredible evening it felt like cooking with friends.

"The passion for cooking has always intrigued and overwhelmed me. For years it has been a gesture of love towards my three children and my large family of origin and now I put the same dedication at the disposal of those who come for pleasure, for work, but also for those who live in the beautiful city of Turin and want to taste the flavors of traditional Piedmontese cuisine. My house is located in the hills near the "Villa della Regina" and is easily accessible by public transport from the city center; here my husband and I also have a small garden where we can welcome our guests in good weather, for a welcome drink. I have a great passion for organic flours which I use regularly to make bread, pasta and above all sweets, my great predilection ".
