In this course we will prepare an encore of colorful tagliatelle - green, red and yellow - and dress them in two deliciously contrasting variations. On the one hand, the classic Bolognese meat sauce, prepared according to my family's secret recipe; on the other, a more modern and colorful version with ratatouille-style vegetable ragout. You will be the ones to vote for your favorite! During the tasting, we will share with you some small lessons in bon ton, for the art of receiving guests in style. And, for those who wish, there will be room for a few dance steps and a karaoke song while waiting to sit at the table.

I am excited to host you as we prepare and enjoy together some delicious traditional Bolognese dishes: simple recipes passed down to me by my grandmothers when I was a child. Together, we will add color, transform them, and with a pinch of spice, present them in new ways, sometimes borrowing details from other regions. For me, cooking is a pleasant, almost relaxing moment: when done with friends, it’s a chance to share stories and exchange ideas; when done with a partner, it can become a playful form of courtship: kneading the eggs into the flour with strength... gently smoothing the dough... precisely slicing the roast... adding aromatic touches to the vegetables with creativity. Would you like to join my masterclasses? We’ll cook together, savor the specialties we’ve prepared, and learn a bit about table manners and the art of hosting guests. And finally, for those interested, while waiting to sit down at the table, we can dance a little or sing along to some karaoke!
