Welcome to my kitchen, nestled in the Bolognese hills of Varignana, in a land rich in history and tradition. Here, at Podere Sant’Anna, surrounded by nature and centuries of heritage, I will guide you through the preparation of two Italian culinary classics: fresh pasta and tiramisù.

Together, we will knead, roll out, and hand-cut tagliatelle, paired with a traditional sauce, and craft delicious tortellini, unveiling the secrets passed down through generations. Finally, we’ll end on a sweet note by making tiramisù, the ultimate Italian dessert.

It will be an authentic experience, filled with hands-on cooking and culinary stories, allowing you to take a bit of this magic home with you. I can’t wait to welcome you!

Emilian by origin, adopted Bolognese, and a Cesarina in spirit for as long as I can remember. While my work took me around the world, it felt natural to cook pasta and Italian recipes wherever I was. My recipes became a universal language through which my guests could share and, in turn, recreate a world of heartfelt and gratifying emotions. Today, I am proud to be a true Cesarina, ready to welcome and share simple and unique experiences here in the Bolognese hills, celebrating the tradition of our cuisine. What I offer: traditional dishes from Bologna and Piacenza, carefully selected and locally sourced ingredients, and the secrets of grandmothers, aunts, and friends—secrets no technology can reveal or replicate.
