Cooking lesson: learn how to cook Italian recipes with a local Cesarina
There is no best way to make bread but the way that best suits your disposition, your lifestyle.You will only need an electric oven, some utensils and a few basic rules and in a few hours you will taste your own bread.
During this course, suitable for any age, we will make Tuscan schiacciata and thin pizza without yeast.You can do this with me and once in your homes, create and taste your own bread, in just 3 hours. During the class you will be given general information about Italian and foreign baking, you will knead and learn tricks and secrets about doughs, baking, shapes and textures. You will be given handouts with information and recipes for the two breads in the class. At the end you will either enjoy them with me or take them home with you.

- From the moment we entered Luisa’s beautiful kitchen we felt like old friends. She started with sharing stories of her family and then her love of cooking. It was so easy to just start cooking. The pastas were perfect. She unlocked for us the mystery of making delicious and traditionally shaped pasta. Then we sat down and enjoyed a amazing meal and many more stories. Luisa gave us precious memories of our time in Pistoia and the gift of pasta making that’swe will be sharing with our grandchildren when we return home. We made several shapes of egg pasta with the machine as well as by hand and then had a lovely meal with her sauce and the freshly made pasta. She then made us an espresso which we really enjoyed.
