    In this experience, I will teach you which type of flour to use for your dough, the right hydration and some little tricks for the perfect leavening. Let's prepare the toppings for pizzas together. I'll show you the ingredients for creating typical sicilian pizzas such as the Norma but you can also create Your own pizza with the available ingredients.

    I'll teach you how to have a pizza with a crispy and well-baked crust in an ordinary home oven, as if it were baked in a wood one. Furthermore, we'll prepare the classic tiramisu, the Italian dessert par excellence, with a unique sicilian touch. You will become a homemade-pizza champion and once you get home you can organize a Pizza & Tiramisu dinner for your family and friends.

    We had such a fantastic time at this cooking class with Alice and Francesco! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome in their beautiful home. The whole experience was warm, relaxed, and so much fun – full of laughter, great conversation, and of course incredible food. Alice is a wonderful teacher, making everything easy to follow while still feeling authentic and special. We absolutely loved learning how to make fresh pasta and the delicious almond parfait – such a treat! It was definitely a highlight of our trip to Sicily. It truly felt like spending an evening with friends rather than just a class. We left with amazing memories (and delicious recipes to try at home!). I would highly, highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting – it’s an absolute must!

    This booking was truly one of the most memorable events of our trip. First, we learned so much from Alice as we shopped the vegetable and fish market. But the best part was the way both she and Francesco welcomed us into their home. We prepared the meal, ate, talked family traditions and laughed for more than the scheduled four hours. Sicily, like all Italy, has an invaluable gastronomic heritage, whose recipes and preparations vary from house to house, not only between cities and provinces. This gives the palate the opportunity to enjoy the same traditional dishes with different ingredients, techniques and stories.
