We will enter the world of pizza, a dish loved and replicated around the globe. We will begin with the basics, following the classic recipe and using a high-quality flour blend that will give the dough an unmistakable homemade aroma. Next, we will prepare the pizzas and top them with premium mozzarella, adding ingredients as desired to personalize each pizza. Everyone will have the opportunity to stuff their own pizza to their own taste. In addition, we will engage in the preparation of a delicious tiramisu, respecting the Venetian tradition.

: A warm, inviting, and knowledgeable teacher. The delicious food speaks for itself! Along with her translator, Aurora delivers a truly once in a lifetime experience, and the lessons learned about cooking will be taken home for long after the vacation is over.
: This experience cannot be better described than with the word "wonderful". We arrived at a beautiful house where we met the sweetest kindest host Aurora. She organised a friend to translate for us and then the fun started. We had welcome snacks and drinks all home made an a lot of ingredients was fresh out of Aurora's garden. We learned a lot but most importantly also had a lot of fun we will forever cherish this beautiful memory and would recommend it to anyone!
: I booked this class to help celebrate my 40th birthday. I love cooking & I thought it would be an enjoyable day for my husband & 11 year old son too! It ended up being one of the greatest experiences I had in Italy- & I had many! Aurora welcomed us into her beautiful home, & showed so much kindness. We felt like family, rather than customers!
