I am happy to welcome you to my home in the heart of the historic city center of Turin. My antique and cozy apartment is furnished with traditional Piedmontese furniture and enriched with art objects that I have collected over the years. Here, I conduct my cooking class, where I teach how to prepare typical Piedmontese appetizers, homemade butter and sage ravioli, following my grandmother's recipe, and the perfect tiramisu. After the course, we will have the pleasure of tasting our creations together, accompanied by excellent local wine. I look forward to seeing you in Turin!

A wonderful experience in the daily life of an Italian family. A big thank you to Benedetta, the nonna, and Zoé for teaching us the art of pasta and introducing us to the Turin lifestyle. We recommend this experience without hesitation!

I spent my birthday at Benedetta's house, in this cooking experience that truly made me feel new emotions. She taught us how to cook pasta and tiramisu with precision and sweetness. We ate amidst laughter and anecdotes with her lovely family, where you can feel the feminine energy, in a stunning home. The tiramisu tasted like my grandmother's. An unforgettable evening.

I had this experience with my dad. Benedetta and her family accompanied us on a wonderful experience filled with tradition and conviviality. A beautiful activity to share. I absolutely recommend it.

In addition to being an excellent chef, Benedetta is deeply passionate about her students and is a gracious hostess. Learning how to make fresh pasta had been a long-time wish of mine, and Benedetta and her mother made it happen wonderfully. It was like sharing a family lunch, complete with cheeses, salads, wine, pasta, and tiramisu to finish. Thank you, Benedetta, for this extraordinary experience.

Seductive, regal, and a little French — that’s Turin. There’s always something to do here: from the Mole Antonelliana to the Reggia di Venaria, from chocolate treats to a special dinner... at my house. I’ve nurtured a passion for the culinary arts since I was little, growing up surrounded by good food and traditional Piedmontese recipes, always prepared with fresh produce from the local markets. Simplicity, a light touch, and excellent ingredients are the foundation of my cooking. I also love blending tradition with a touch of originality and innovation — a passion that comes naturally to me, thanks to my background in art and design, which is also my profession.
